Monochromatic Diets

Several diets take a single healthy food and literally turn it into a diet. How do you fancy eating the same thing for every meal all day, every day? You could choose grapefruit, make a tasty lemonade of lemons, cayenne pepper and molasses, or slurp down a military cabbage soup. Yum, right?! Erm… No.

A Better Option: Your body needs a variety of different nutrients to keep going, which means it’s best to eat lots of different healthy foods. For example, try and eat as many colors of in-season fruit and veg as you can each day. It’s tastier, more interesting, and a LOT healthier for you.
