A Better Option: Stay hydrated with water, green teas and herbal teas. Oftentimes when we are dehydrated, we interpret that feeling as hunger. If you work up to drinking 2 litres of fluids each day, you’ll notice a positive change in your health, and a negative change in your waistline.
